MULTI-PROPERTY NH REAL ESTATE BEING AUCTIONED

New Hampshire luxury real estate will be auctioned off at noon on April 29th at the Westin Waltham-Boston hotel. It was announced today by J.J. Manning Auctioneers. Located in four states, the number of executive homes and investment properties will total twenty-eight. These will include one 20-unit motel, five single-family New Hampshire homes, seven multi-family homes and nh land for sale includes two development parcels.

The company president, Justin J. Manning was quoted as saying that “ Even though our last auction brought in 168 bidders for 26 properties, we expect a larger interest at this auction because of the quality and locations of the properties. Properties being auctioned are located in Massachusetts, Connecticut, Maine and NH real estate. There are numerous income/investment opportunities. They include nine Crotched Mountain ski condos and a executive home in Chatham, MA that has just finished being built.
