Giuseppe O’Shea says “ Massachusetts citizens are being robbed of their jobs, by these day laborers. Businesses who employ a New Hampshire fry cook, &lt;a href="http://www.gagnerealestate.com"&gt;New Hampshire realtor&lt;/a&gt; or any New Hampshire resident would be required to register with the state and be subject to surprise inspections.    If you were born in Massachusetts, O’Shea’s bill would exempt workers who currently live in New Hampshire.
